Help with Gilmer Drive Clutch on Mark V

On my friends Mark V SS, he also has the gilmer drive and we put (2) new bearings on his drive sleeve assembly. He did not want to remove the gilmer clutch to service it. Later when I was not around, he said the allen set screw on the clutch was a little loose and he tightened it.

My question: I could not remember from my gilmer drive shaft, but does that clutch allen screw fit into a depression or cut-out of some kind, cut into the shaft - or does it just tighten on the shaft itself and the orientation of where you tighten it along the circumference of the shaft does not matter?

Bill Mayo gave me the info in an email:

"The set screw for the Gilmer clutch should always line up with the flat on the drive sleeve end. I find many of these set screws loose and have spun on the drive sleeve shaft. I normally replace the set screw (cup) after rebuilding the clutch and line the set screw with the flat on the end of the drive sleeve end. Yes, You can tighten the set screw any where on the drive sleeve but by setting the set screw to the drive sleeve end flat, you will know the next time if any thing has slipped."
