Swamp gator:
That is one rugged setup, looks like it is ready for hauling right next to the portable bandsaw mill. I think the one you are reffering to is in the previous post.

That is one of the machines that gave me the idea to go this way instead of the hanging cabinet. What do you ...

Under cabinet storage questions
In my quest for efficient use of space and orderly approach to my growing passion I have read and viewed the forum threads on under cabinet storage and have decided to consolidate my SS to two rolling cabinets. The rolling cabinet seems to be the best solution given my space and active duty military ...

Yes those are USAF Capt Bars. I should try and clarify that I was using the jointer to finish the edges after ripping the boards close to width prior to gluing them up for panels. I should say they are actually 8" in length and 4" in final width. So yes I'm making the edge perpendicular to the face ...

Who uses the 4" jointer for squaring/dimensioning?
Hello, I recently dusted off my 4" jointer and decided to again try square the edges prior to joining boards for small panels. I'm incredibly satisfied with it overall. I think I will go back and make some ...

Pro table upgrade??
Hey folks I'm contemplating changing my Rigid TS 3650 contractor saw for an upgrade I have looked at the more expensive saws like Powermatic and delta unisaw, but given my 20x20 workshop and the 18 inch Woodmaster, Table saw and Shop smith I'm getting cramped. But I really would appreciate a more ...

tracking
I'm having similiar problems with tracking as the new belts SS sent are longer and shorter (three belt pack) then the previous causing needed adjustments with the idler pulley. However, they wither pop the tension knob and the 60 grit was so tight on the machine after placement I had to cut it off ...
