I'll be talkin with you all soon when I get it home and try to figure out what the heck i've got!!!!!!!!!!!

The above serial number is for a unit that i'm going to buy. just not sure how to read it to determine year. I believe from the website it's telling me it was manufactured between 1982 and 1983 correct let me know thanks all for your help!!!!
