Re: forrest blade vs ?

I have a full-kerf Forest WWII and there is no doubt it has earned its excellent reputation. But I also have a set (cross cut, rip cut and combination) of the thin-kerf Shopsmith-branded blades I bought some years back. It's been a long time since I reached for the Forest. I usually reach for one of...

Re: A little help here ID animal?

I think that's a mass of brand new joeys (opposum babies) clinging to her rump. She's too unperturbed for it to be anything else.

I slowed the video down to 1/4 speed and see both a mask and one ring on what looks like very short tail. I'd say raccoon that lost part of its tail.

Re: 8 inch clothespin plans

Re: The Continuing Adventures of A Slow Boat to Nowhere

A very short video of a Slow Boat to Nowhere on the Cacapon River, WV. The Slow Boat was moving a little faster than usual. The video just shows some typical Class I rapids, but there were three sets of Class II rapids, consisting of river-wide ledge drops about 3' in height. I was with 10 other pad...

Admin, please bring back the Members list!

Re: Tablesaw Power feed

Fairly late to this thread but I have to say I am super impressed with what Al has invented with his Little Proteus! If I didn't already have a big investment in the Jessem table saw guides, I think I'd buy one! It sure would have saved me a lot of monotony when I was ripping hundreds of board feet ...
