Okay so it's official. I now have a means of duplicating the Jigsaw oil gasket, the air pump leather gasket, the table insert and the yoke. You could do a total restore from these parts.

Hypothesis #1: You've gone off the deep end MAYBE :D , and you're going to convert your Shopsmith into a woodworking turret lathe. ;) Nah -- turret lathes usually have just six or eight tool stations.

A little deduction from what is already revealed 'might' lead thee to the answer thee seek.

Relevant 'details'.

Victim has 5/8" bore.

Victim is positioned in line with quill path.

Rotary table(10" sanding disk) with 30° segments defined is also centered on the quill advance path.

I just realized that I have some other applications that a new Cricut would be useful for. What’s your source for the gasket material?

Amazon is where I got the material in the pictures. But the Cricut isn't cutting completely through. I'm going to get a hold of ...

When it binds... is it on the upward stroke or the downward stroke?
