Oooohh, that makes so much more sense. What’s the saying, “When you have an Allen wrench everything looks like a set screw.”

Re: “New” Mark V Greenie
So, I was totally surprised to walk into the garage this morning and find Santa Claus had brought me a Shopsmith, which looks amazingly like the one previously featured in this thread. I did the natural thing and immediately started tearing it apart in preparation for a restoration. I think this tim...

“New” Mark V Greenie
Hi Again! Well, from not knowing of these wonderful machines’ existence a few months ago, I now own two. The previously seen 10ER, and now a Greenie! It was somewhat bought for the bandsaw, which will likely merit its own restoration thread. I’m on the lookout for a jointer to add to the collection ...

Re: Workbench
After a long wait (but I doubt with bated breath
), here’s a picture of the bench with flattened top. It’s not perfect, but I can always work on it some more.

Re: Interesting C-list find, Question
The 510 and power station are missing in some pictures (replaced by an atv
). I assume it’s the 10ER, but good point. Thanks, I haven’t see a jointer up close so I wasn’t sure whether that was the fence in the box-o-parts or not.
