I don't know howmany of you have seen this. It has a few more features than the Wixey, and the Beall Tool Company is an Ohio company. I'm thinking about getting one for myself for Christmas.

If I did npt already have a Wixey, I would probably get this. I find a "digital angle indicator" to be a very useful tool.

I have the original version and it has worked well for me. I'd like this new model but I just can see fit to own a second one, at least at this point.

One big selling point for me was the 9V battery. I have several other digital tools that use button batteries and just at the wrong time the batteries go... yea like now if you want to use this tool you have to go battery shopping. It seems I always have a spare 9V or two laying around. The button batteries they use in what ever I have seem to be all different models so stocking them is a pain as is finding some of the older less used sizes.

I think the hold button would be a great addition as well as the extra magnets but I'll leave that for you to check out and report back on??

Also Available from with a short version of applications.

Now I need some rare earth magnets that work on Aluminum Saw Tables, for Tilt box, magna fence, grip tight feather boards.......... Oh, that's what T slot sliding nuts are for.

I don't know who was first but there was at least one other when I bought mine. It was not long after that someone came out with one with two decimal accuracy.

The idea tempts me but I am fearful of where it might lead me. I have been accused of being anal about precision already. When tilting the table, just how accurate do you need to be.

Point I was attempting to make was, the identical appearance and features except color.

I have to assume a common ancestry and source which is probably not on this continent regardless of where it is currently being shipped from.

Only problem I had with this one is the paint was flakey and caused varying readings. Removed the remaining paint, and that 'issue' went away.

I do like the ability to zero it so as to take relative readings as well as optionally using as an absolute level.
