I am making a LED clock, and I sanded out a cut out for the leds to hide BEFORE gluing up the back piece.
When the clock came, the bezel and clock were thicker than I thought, now the leds are hitting the bezel, so I have to carve out a little more towards the back.
the sanding wheel on my dremel won't work too well as I don't want to hit the back of the clock, and the clock insert is block frontage work
I don't think I can use a chisel as it's a rounded area.
I was thinking of some kinda burring tool for my dremel, most of those seem to be for metal, haven't tried it yet, thought I would ask you all first.
I drew a line on the picture the area I believe I need to remove.
TIA
