Belt Sander bummer
I'm trying to install a new sanding belt, but the tensioner appears to work in reverse. It will not lock, keeping tension on the belt. It returns to the "install new belt" or slack position each time I turn the unit on. I can't see any broken parts in the unit. Any help appreciated. Thanks

View the Sawdust Sessions. There is one on cleaning and inspecting the belt sander that I believe will put you back in business.seiferre wrote:I'm trying to install a new sanding belt, but the tensioner appears to work in reverse.
