floating sheave (117) stuck

Thanks guys. I went to Harbor Fright and got a cheap wheel puller. Before I left I sprayed plenty of liquid wrench around the shaft. The floating sleeve came off no problem with the wheel puller. Shaft is pretty tarnished so I need to get the fan sheave and square key off so I can polish shaft. I can see the set screw that was refered to by wa2crk (thanks). Will that set screw be the same standard SS size? I need to run get a long t-handle one and want to make sure I get the right size!

5/32" HEX:)

P.S. It will be very tight. When reinstalling it make it so again!
