I still do not get that owners page. I cannot login there. I get stuck in a loop trying to verify username/password. I have talked with CS and exchanged PMs with Admin about this. The issue is "in work". In the meantime, I use my own Bookmark.

Looking back at the older orders reminds me of the twice a year sales (Fathers Day and Christmas) with free shipping. How about a 510 to 520 Pro Fence upgrade for $285 and free shipping! How about two of them.;)

Oh and remember the service parts sales! Ah, those were the days.:)

I ranted a while back about the sort of items that Shopsmith is selling that are not Shopsmith specific and how I believe they should purge those items completely. On the other hand, the service parts that you mention, are items that I think would be naturals for the email specials. This seems to me to especially true with the apparent increase in retrofitting that is going on.

Maybe SS got tired of sending all their parts to Plant City at a discount!:D

Ha! Ha! Sounds reasonable. I was a very good customer for many years. I was able to obtain quite a few 520 parts when Shopsmith cleared out and sold their warehouse. I still buy some unique Shopsmith parts that are not available elsewhere when ever my stock gets depleted.

I have tried several times to find my order history using all of the suggestions mentioned. No success, I guess I will have to make a phone call. Jim
