I am not receiving that option. I have tried the link with my account number and phone number as well. I have changed my phone number since moving two years ago. I do remember the link on the owners page in the past but not now. I will call them when I have a minute. Jim

From 'shopsmith.com', second option under Support tab.

Yes Sir I am able to view the only order I have pending in the manner suggested. Prior order history is not available there. It seems like my user page has somehow been changed. In one way it would be fun to view old order history. Then again given the number of dollars spent with Shopsmith over the last seven years, well I am fairly certain I do not want my bride to see those numbers. Jim

Entering a 'shipped' order number etc. does not work for me here either.

Did you try the stuff above using older phone number, and is later customer number the same as previous?

Sometime ignorance is bliss... I had 3 pages full of order numbers. I clicked on each order & printed them out so I can perform an inventory of the stuff I've purchased. When I started getting catalogs in 92 or there abouts, I used to order couplers. They have sure gone up in price as has a lot of stuff- but that's a 20 year period.

What would be ideal is if I could download the info in a CSV (comma separated value) form into a database I could sort any which way. I'm afraid to total all the stuff up. Another good thing is that when I place a large order, it doesn't all come at once or in a gigantic box- just a plain brown wrapper (smile) but I married a pretty smart girl who knows had to return address block on a shipping label from Shopsmith!

So some people go back to 2006? Wow! I need to check & see if I have a different account number. Well, I too have issues signing onto the owners site & recall at one time having no problem. Stuff happens!

Yup, 2006 was the year the forum started.

I think you can get that data into a format where you can manipilate it. I'll let you know if I succeed.

I guess this is not a universal log on problem. Some people can access the owner's page. I can not. CS is working on it.

I just went and looked at my information, it starts on 4/16/2007. (I have all the paper work saved as well, plus it is in Quicken should I feel the need to have it but it was interesting looking at it online.)

My out of pocket amount is $2599.03 with another $31.24 on back order. Out of pocket means this includes taxes and shipping when they applied, so the amount that shopsmith pocketed is less then I spent.

I'd say shopsmith is doing well enough by me over the years since I first spent $745 ish back in 1976.

I wasn't going to total mine and now I wish I had not. I can only hope that the finance department never totals these numbers.

Like you, Ed, I have my own spreadsheet and a complete shop inventory that shows purchase prices but they sort of camouflage some types of expenditures because it includes all tools and house hold maintenance costs in one spreadsheet.
