What's your thoughts on using the Mark V shaper fence for an overhead routing
fence? I'm getting ready to do a round end with lip on 4/4 stock.

New to this
Since I'm new to this is there any reason not to use the power prop headstock in the vertical position with a router bit in the router arbor for routing along with the shaper fence?
Thats one of the major reasons to go with the powerpro. Only one small caution - You will want to use some type of hold down for the wood. As the bit tries to cut into the wood --the wood will try to raise into the bit. A vertical feather board will do the trick - or my favorite, a pair of hold down boards clamped to the fence.
