Well I guess four weeks later is good enough.easterngray wrote:I would like to resurrect this thread... I never got around to making the finger joint jig.. I plan to get to it this week, now that work obligations have slowed down. Anyone else care to join in? Alec

I made these all from the inertnet PTWFE online. I do not own a hard copy as of yet.

The miter gage extension and zero clearance inserts should be self explanatory. Here is what the tall fence can be used for, manly panels and long boards. A roller outfeed or flip top helps with the jig too. The dado is used to hold feather boards.

Here is the plan. Works well.

This one was fun to make. Holds six blades in a nice package that can be toted around. Shopsmith arbors will need to be taken off but small price to play.

And once again, here is the plan.

And finally the bandsaw circle cutting jig for cast iron bandsaw tables. I haven't used it for anything in particlar. Only to test it. Works well. I just screw down the stock at the needed radis.

Here is the link to the directions and jig in action on PTFWE online. And da plan.
Not sure what I'll make next. That grinding wheel cover looks cool but that isn't on the online version. I was also thinking about the large fence for the belt sander, found here. I guess time will tell.

Hello Big E! Just noticed your response to this thread - GREAT STUFF!! I especially like your job on the blade tote - I always admired that one. Still haven't gotten to my box joint jig... fishing this summer took priority!! Keep those cool PTWFE jigs coming! Alec
