Shopsmith site and phone troublesome
Is anyone else having trouble reaching Shopsmith? Their shopsmith.com sites have been down for two days. - at least from my computer. Usually when this happens it is for only a short time and the forum is down at the same time.
What got me wondering is - I phoned SS today at 1:25PM CA time (should be 4;45PM Eastern. The phone gave me the message that they are open from 9A to 5P Eastern, but it seems they knocked off early.
Other glitches are with their e-mails. I can get the mails, but cannot view the graphics nor can I connect with the internet site by clicking on the suggested link.
Will try again tomorrow morning.

I did not try shopsmith.com earlier but it is up now and I talked with Linda (shopsmith customer service) twice earlier today.

I just changed my browser to IE and was able to browse the shopsmith.com site without difficulty. Conclusion: the problem is not at shopsmith.
Using Internet Explorer, can you browse the other sites that you normally frequent?

Yep can browse all other sites I've tried. Even tried Ed's fix by cleaning the cache and re-boting. Still no contact.
Now I'll call my provider.
