Well; I finished adding the double bearings to the upper and lower saw guides. The Saw cuts MUCH better than it did before. The cuts are clean and even with good blade tracking and the saw cuts with less resistance than before.

When ordering the shims, order a pack of .010" or .025" shims from the same McMaster-Carr page as you got the other items. I ordered the bearings from McMaster-Carr too because it is more convenient.
Remove the band saw blade, table, guide bearings and guide blocks from the saw and then re-install and tension the blade. Now measure the distance from the blade to the post where the bearing bolt attached with a caliper. This is a crucial dimension and you want to be accurate. Install the shims per the diagram and check the position of the blade between the bearings. Adjust the shims as necessary to center the blade between the bearings.
