I had a machinist tap for the screws for $15. I probably couldn't get a tap for that much. That is if I could find one up here. He tapped them at 10-24.
Had a bit of a problem getting the nylon washers to squeeze enough to make the bar tight in the miter slot. A little Lithium grease and a heat gun solved that problem.
All is good.

I'll be using it for some drawer box joints after I get the case done. At my rate of work, that may be in a couple weeks.
I'll be using it with a dado set which I had to send out to have reground. Although it was advertised to produce flat bottoms, it don't! It seems that every time I get a tool, it has to be modified.
Anyway, the sharpening service I use won't be back to work 'til 1/7. Should have the case done by the time the dado set gets back here.
I'll be sure to post a review of sorts when I use the I-Box.
