I tried to respond to a post and I wanted to post a pic and the paper clip is missing from the area above the are where I type. If I drop down to the "additional options" section and click on "manage attachments" I get the screen that lets me do a search for the image I want to post. I used to get that screen when I clicked on the paper clip.
Does anyone know if anything has changed? Or have I maybe changed something?

Have you changed operating systems or browsers?wa2crk wrote:I tried to respond to a post and I wanted to post a pic and the paper clip is missing from the area above the are where I type. I did change or rather updated IE from IE8 to IE11 because a website advised me that they were dropping support for IE8. So I updated and the stuff hit the fan. I started to get the occasional blue words in the texts and if my cursor crossed over the blue words I immediately got a popup even though my popup blocker was turned on.
Took over an hour for my IE provider and myself to remove the adware that was loaded by Microsoft when I did the update. Yes it was Microsoft that did it because I went to the MS site to download the update. So, pray tell, how do I get my paper clip back?

Drop IE and change to Firefox would be my recommendation.wa2crk wrote:I did change or rather updated IE from IE8 to IE11 because a website advised me that they were dropping support for IE8. Staples sells them for a couple dollars a box. You might want to look there.
(Sorry, that was just so tempting!)
Seriously though. I've got paperclips on Google Chrome. Try a different browser.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.
Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

Some alternate approaches
There was quite a lengthy discussion on this topic awhile back.
