First off he says it is 220 volt. I would guess this is not the correct motor?
It could well be 220 volt. The motor did not come with the 10 E/ER s, Wards did sell a motor separately that was made to go with it
Because the motor mounts outside the machine it is very flexible as to what will work.
The motor pictured has a TEFC case (Totally Enclosed, Fan-Cooled) which is nice.
ddub wrote:Second, he states that it has "rare speed changer". I do not see one in the pic? Yes it could not be pictured. Supposed to be a 48 model.
The speed changer is mounted on the tubes close to the left end, and it has the earlier design head rest so 48 would be about right.
ddub wrote:Besides the rust on the tables, what do you guys think? It is under $200.00.
Are there any made of unobtainium parts missing?
For under $200 it looks like a deal to me.
I am seeing minimal rust.
All the stock parts seem to be there
I see a drill chuck, rip fence, mitre gauge, lathe tool rest, disk sander and a mitre slot extension

.
There is a second table mounted where small extension table would normally go.
I don't see any lathe centers but you can borrow those from your mk V if you need them.
If the speed changer needs new bushings or belts you can get them here
