What's a good hollow chisel mortise chisel?

The most interesting thing of the video was they honed the inside of the chisel. I don,'t mean they sharpened it, which they did using a cone grinder but after they finished sharpening they honed the inside using sand paper wrapped around a dowel.
They said it made the chips eject easier thus making the cutting of the mortises much easier.

That is interesting. I've not done that but I can see it might help a bit and when doing this sort of thing anything that helps helps. I do use a small file to clean out the corners inside as there is often a burr left there and I picked up that tip somewhere along the way.
