I only have a few pictures with me but ill post them. Im not sure where you got june/july 86 based on the chart. Im not sure what I'm missing. Would Shopshith know more if I contacted them?
I did miss a number. 031888. All the ones in 86 on the chart there have two 0's. In 87 they all start with 01.

"03188" is not a date code, but "031888" indeed is especially if it is on a sticker, not the vent plate.
03188 is within the jun/jul timeframe sn sequence.

Yes has hieght adjuster feet. Not sure about connecting tubes but I'm pretty sure it does. Who I bought it from dos not use table saw. Only used it for lathe and band saw.
