Whether it was factory or not was really not my concern. Was it originally a 500?

The serial number (152166) puts it in the May-June 1983 time period but it is labeled a 510 which was not introduced until 1985.

The kit to change the 500 to a 510 had the sticker so yes it was a 500 and then upgraded and the sticker added.
