You didn't "drag it in from the street" with all that stuff on it. Seems like you have a head start at putting it in service.

Update: I decided to make a router table out of the top. It's a work in progress so we will see how it goes.

I can use this table for a router table, or simply substitute the insert and should make a good assembly or glue up table. The insert in the photo is not completely blank but close enough.
