See I told you. Pre drilling as many things as you can before assembly makes things go a lot faster.

Mark, you do the best work ! Good seeing you take the time to share your expertise ! Is your “new” Powerpro unit still getting it done ?

Mark V 1981 upgraded to 520 and PowerPro, w/ Band Saw, Belt Sander, Jointer, Jigsaw, and a bunch of previous owners 1980's jigs, accessories, and unknown parts.

It is so nice seeing these units come together. I hope you show them after the finish has been applied, too. They look awesome and I wish I had the skill to do the quality work you do (and your awesome shop).

I'll try to get pictures but 99% of the work that I do these days is for a larger shop. I build the jobs and drop them off to their finishing shop and they take it from there. I rarely get out to a job site which is fine with me!

It seems like Rev a Shelf changes these about every year or so so my old template no longer works with the new hardware.

No problem I'll just glue the new template to a board and save it until the next change.

Next step is to drill 1/4" holes in the template on the Mark 7 to accommodate a Vix bit.

And finally cut the notch in the template to align with the front of the cabinet.
