The link above doesn't work for me either. I checked it on the following website and it says the server is down, so if you can still access it possibly you still have it in your web browser cache on your computer.

Ok, worked this morning, and now not.

However, the link to the page on the Internet Archive site that I posted does work.

I think you can buy a lager copy copy at Rockler.
SS 500(09/1980), DC3300, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, Strip Sander, drum sanders,molder, dado, biscuit joiner, universal lathe tool rest, Oneway talon chuck, router bits & chucks and a De Walt 735 planer,a #5,#6, block planes. ALL in a 100 square foot shop.
