Me too. For this I use the procedure in the manual modified only by shimming with paper and snugging, rather than tightening, tilt lock while the shim is present. I'm currently having trouble with one of these. Possible that something is wrong from a PO, but tilt is dragging when tilting to 90 degrees using the $20 bill trick as I've always used it, but not like the video as it turns out. That's why I went back to SS101 and paid closer attention. I'm also trying a hybrid trunnion on this one, one 3/8" hole, one 7/16" hole on front trunnion with two 1/2" holes on the other. I may try your method of a slightly thicker shim or his method of CCW table rotation prior to tightening bolts. Or I may leave it alone as it is very well aligned right now in terms of miter slot to blade and drag is not extreme.dusty wrote: Fri Dec 10, 2021 7:52 am OKAY, I concede.
