Wiring connections - Craftsman Radial Arm saw

Can someone tell me the internal wire connections for the Craftsman Radial Arm saw?
Somehow they got disconnected. the red and black are not connected.

I can't see a capacitor on yours, or the black and white pair that I assume are the main AC lines coming from the switch. I'm no expert, but I think you may need a capacitor.
