Its the Belt Sanders turn now!

Well I have finished up a MkV a few month ago and now it is the belt sanders turn. I have looked over the part breakdown and a few photos I can find online of the Belt sander but I feel I am missing something. I have 2 empty holes around the pivot point and the pivot point tightening nut doenst have a handle. I dont know if it is suppose to or not but if someone could take a picture of this area I would be more than greatful. I can also document my progress to let everyone know how it goes and how it turns out. I plan on doing a complete dissasembly with complete stripping and alodine and painting. Regnar,
The two extra holes are for a 3/8" x 2" bolt and washer set to give better rigidity in the vertical and horizontal position of the sander. You will find them as #76,77,78 in the parts breakdown. Your 5/32 hex key serves as the handle for the trunnion lock #36. Have fun rebuilding it. Great little sander.

Regnar - not to worry about the missing 3/8" bolt and nut. I have never needed mine. It comes with a tag on it saying it can be used for more stability if needed. Found mine in a drawer the other day. Had completely forgotten I had that part. Got by 10 yrs without it.
