Adusting Headstock to Match Power Station

Post by Lodgepole »

Has anyone been able to adjust a Shopsmith Headstock to match the Power Station? I have found that I have to readjust each SPT when I move it from the Headstock to the Powerstation.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

If you have to adjust the horizontal alignment, I might try the set screw in the Mark V's headrest to align to the SPT. You might check out this thread: https://forum.shopsmith.com/viewtopic.php?t=5305

Adjusting Headstock to Match Power Station

I think that I can freely move the bandsaw from the Power Station to the Crafter's Station to the Mark V without doing any adjustment.

Sorry that I am unable to verify that. The Doc says no lifting over 10 pounds for another two weeks.

Is your alignment problem horizontal or vertical? Do you have Shopsmith eccentric tubes?
