The "songofthegreatlakes" website is run by a friend of mine from a banjo forum. His articles on the Shopsmith are a big part of why I wanted one. Thanks for posting the link! I had also been eyeing that conical sanding disc. That upgrade may be ordered in my near future, if it is worth the cost.... What is the adjustable stop collar used for?
Just bought my first Shopsmith!

Adjustable stop collar
Welcome to the forum.
The collar is used to micro adjust the height of the main table.

One thing looks like a jig of some sort with an adjustable angle that fits into the miter gauge slot on the table. Its about 6" wide by 6" tall or so and attached to an L-bracket made of aluminum with clamps.
Another is labeled "Incra" and is gray plastic attached to a piece of plywood.. some sort of jig.
I also have several wooden clamps of some sort, labeled "shopsmith". They are long and have small radius half circles cut into the edges.
Welcome to the world of Shopsmith and congratulations. My boy is 16 now and taller than I am!
I'm not sure about the jig, but the aluminum L-bracket may be a Miter-Pro: http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/cata ... terpro.htm
This is the Incra Jig: http://incra.com/product_rtf_originaljig.htm. You can download the manual at Incra.com.
The wooden clamps are double bar clamps: http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/cata ... blebar.htm

I'm posting some photos of things I have not yet identified. Any help would be appreciated.
These are the accessories I have not figured out yet... Shoot, never mind. It is saying my files are too big to attach. I'll upload photos when I get the edited.

this link will teach you how to "downsize" pictures in the future.

hi
that grey plastic Incra is a fence. The two rows of teeth are spaced at 1/32" increments and, with proper set-up will give very precise, positive stopped fence placement. So, for example, if you wanted to cut box joints, you could set the fence up to kiss the edge of your cutter, clamp the plywood base to secure it into that position, and use the integrated scale along with the interlocking teeth to move the fence to make evenly (or assymetric) spaced cuts.
Unlock the lock nut (if one came with) and slide it open. you will get the idea.
I've attached a scan from an old "Hands On" magazine to show the clamps. hope it gives you an idea. I don't own any
but they always looked neat to me.
