Floating Sheave not floating

Ed - thanks for the search info. I found the thread on the misaligned sheave and tried the alignment method. The Sheave moved with a slight pop so I think my problem is that the Sheave is bone dry. I will try to get some penetrating oil in there and see if I can get things working. If that doesn't work I will resort to pulling the Sheave, thanks Chuck for the steps those had crossed my mind but was afraid I would mangle the clip.

Hi,

I know there are more posting over at http://www.ssug.org but they are down for the holidays... maybe up again this weekend?? So take a look there and if they are up just change the search "site:xxx.yyyyy.uuu" to their address.
