Thanks Bill. Did you use anything like formica to cover the top surface? Was the quarter inch ply thick enough?
you solved the thing i noticed with the blade guard/riving knife being a little offset from the saw blade. At least it is unless i tighten the saw blade right up against the lower cover.......
