Terry, I've restored two 10ERs and there are other 10ER owners here as well. The document repository that mikeyd posted about is a great resource. Another great resource for documentation is the Old Woodworking Machines web site. The Shopsmith page is at:

It is a pretty simple machine all things considered, but it is an engineering marvel. If you have any specific questions, don't be afraid to ask. We were al newbies once!

I don't believe that you will find a disassembly OR an assembly manual. However, don't let that stop you from tackling the project. There are enough ER users here in the forum who have hands on experience and are willing to answer any questions you have. Response time here is FAST, approaching instant messaging speed at times.
The secret is ORGANIZATION. Notice toward the bottom of
this post the number of plastic bags clearly identified with the parts that are inside. That is 99% of your success. I attached a pdf that has the exploded view and parts list. Print it out (preferable on ledger size paper...11x17) and keep it handy during disassembly.
I will be reassembling my ER very soon and will take detailed photos of the process and post them on my ER thread for you to follow. Member JPG has done a fine job at documenting the Mark V reassembly process in
this post . Expect something similar for the ER.
Trust me, you have the technical resources to do it.
