I will do that. I usually carry spare consumables as well if I plan on a lot of machine hours.

Well no, he doesn’t have that part but I’m 80% there so will keep looking. Worse case I’ll try and make one. This has proved to be a much more difficult adventure than I anticipated but I’m retired so I have time to look around. Thanks

Mike, I think I got you covered for this part. It will be very difficult to fabricate if you don't already have one to use as a template. I imagine finding one sold separately is nearly impossible? It also has a 3/16" (overall) offset bent into the plate that I can't bend, but I should be able to machine the offset. I'm going to give it shot. You're going to need the parts in the bottom two pictures, 2- thin nuts (one for the lock bezel, one to attach the interlock plate), the spacers, and the screws. I can provide dimensions when needed.

80% done means we need some progress pics.

Mike that would be most excellent if you could accomplish that mechanical miracle:-) of course we need to work something out on it for payment because… well just because:-)

I wish 80% complete LOL the 80% was the percentage of the keyed lockout assembly I have. I’m still waiting on the powder coater who was supposed to be done last Friday. Still polishing parts and my lil bro is coming to visit for a week starting tomorrow. Guessing new pics in a couple weeks. So let me know how it is going and thank you for the very kind offer.

JPG- I found the belt on eBay but it states (13 rib) ? Is this the correct one? Thanks!!

No key, was gonna file down something and maybe see if it will work. I knew this key set up and all the awkward wiring were gonna be the biggest head ache for sure. So slow and steady, steady and slow be the way I go...

Thanks JPG, yes, the only real milling on this was splitting the steel in half two ways to create the offset, and the slotted hole. The rest was good ol' fashioned hack saw and files. Thanks for noticing.

Well, you can cross the interlock plate off the list. Done and fit tested. Works.
Hard to see in the picture, but it's in there and functions properly. As for the key, I have two machines with two different keys. Can't help you there, but maybe a locksmith can make you a key?

Take the lock barrels to any good locksmith and they will be able to cut keys for those barrels. I've had it done a few times.
