Thanks JPG, I picked up a 26" and a 27"v belt along with a link belt which is 26 1/2" . I Returned the 26", haven't tried the link belt yet I'm still,in the cleaning and derusting stage.. So far found only a few parts need attention, and the idler shaft bushing retaining screw ho...

I just got an older unit, I assume it's greenie . There is no sn plate and I see some green on the side cover under the Wilkie button below where vent plate would have been. The rest is rust and oxidized paint over aluminum and dirt. Are all the SS drive belts the same? I'm going to try a 1/2x26 Kev...

Wow , slide rule! Brings back memories. I still have my Versalog , can't find the book though. Every time I see Apollo 13 and the "Houston we have a problem " scene flashes to mission control, they ain't using battery powered calculators, it was slide rules. Led calculators were just comin...

Yea I really understand that, and I also know that making any kind of video takes time and lots of editing. I'm just wishfully thinking. Heck cellphones today have resolutions unheard of in cameras of just a few years ago. I will look tonight at more sawdust sessions and search for more on the mk7 ....

Yeah JPG, let me explain,lol, I watched a couple videos you referred from the sessions. Like I said they are very informative, but when Nick said about loosing his religion removing the lower sheaves , and having choice words about the quill upper parts... I just could not imagine him using cursing ...

Contacted cust serv, tried to send video clip by email. Waiting for response. I viewed Elmer Fudds video on the driveshafts, very informative I wish they weren't so grainy. I have trouble viewing his blurry clips .btw , lower shaft is not rubbing vent as I can see.

Yep, gonna have to contact customer service. I only ran it once until I saw mikes demo. Then I got inspired, came home and ran it the other night , it didn't sound like mikes machine. But I didn't know that. I feel a vibration also. Since I had nothing to compare to, I was unaware anything was wrong...

Hi rjent I saw your post on mike young demo February 2015. Now Fast fwd to February 2017 a week or ago in Lowes Pasadena , tx. I drove 2++ hours from Louisiana for his demo, only to find that Lowes had him set up at the very corner of the contractors last loading door. U know ,the other loading door...
