Thanks for the suggestions. The spindle does turn easily so probably the motor. I was afraid the movers may have done something since they managed to shear the casters off the base. Gotta love moving….

Powerstation issue
Recently moved and went to use my power station but the motor hums without actually turning. The belts appear intact. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

When you drill a pocket hole will the bit extend thru the work piece and into the plastic base?

I keep my workbench low for hand planing but I built this to raise work up for sawing dovetails or carving. Brings things to where my eyes can focus properly. Don’t enjoy getting old....

thanks for the info. i wonder why the schematic calls 'em "special" washers. in any event, i'm more worried about damaging the roll pin that holds the rod to the bottom arm. any advice on its removal?

i acquired a used gray scrollsaw for my 510 and of course, the blower doesn't work. when i removed the cover to access the air pump, the shaft is there, the white plastic "cup" is in place, and there is a clear plastic disc covering the cup. the schematic says there is supposed to be a pum...
