MrHarts Finger Steaks

1 egg and 1 extra egg white
1 cup vit d milk
1 1/2 t. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic salt
1 cup flower
1 t. ground black pepper
season all and cajun spice or whatever you want to throw in for additinal flavor

Beat egg and milk. Add dry ingredients (I mix all the dry ingeedients together but the flour to get them mixed up evenly). Refrigerate 1 hour. Add 1lb of your favorite steak, trimmed, no fat, you want each bite greesey and yummy, cut in bite size pieces. Back in the refrigerator an hour or two covered.
I have tried beer in place of some of the milk a time or two.

Deep fry at 350 with new oil until golden brown.

Tweek to your liking

Any particular kind of 'flower'? Marigold? Rose? Tulip? Pansy? . . .;)
