Hi,

Looks like we have run out of volunteers after this week. It looks like I can do the next section "D" which is 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, and 6/21.

This leaves section "E" (which I will not be here for most of), so we could really use someone to sign up for that period.

Anyone, anyone at all???

;) Far be it from me to try to shame anyone into taking a minor leadership role in this Forum.

You guys should really go back and peruse the first few pages of this thread and see all those who thought this was the best idea since sliced bread. Surely one of those folks would step up take the Host spot for some of this book!

I originally agreed to 'host' for four weeks. I will finish up next Sunday with Chapter 18 Drum Sanding. My repeated 'call' for a volunteer was due to 'no response'. WHERE ARE YOU????! Like Chuck said, where is all that early enthusium???

I reckon I can host the Weeks of June 29, July 6, 13 and 20. After that, I will be back at school pretty much daily. PM me if there is anything more than getting folks started and opening a thread to house the comments.

That's all, other than to monitor it for any one's 'need'. The only 'trickey part' is in creating the 'hyperlink' to the proper chapter. If you do not know how, HOLLER!!(ask and it shall be conveyed to you).

Hi Jim and all,

Just a reminder that you Jim have volunteered to host the remaining 4 chapters in our reading through the online PTWFE project.

I want to personally thank those that have volunteered to host we have all benefited from your efforts.

For those still with us in the reading, great job!

For those that have fallen a bit behind, don't give up, just keep reading at your own pace and finish the task.

For anyone new or now just getting the time to start that is fine. The posts are all here and still open to discussion, comments, or questions. If you want to learn there are a lot of users here more then willing to help.

For anyone who might have just purchased a planner now would be a good time to check out:

we have just started the chapter for them.

Ed

Power Tool Woodworking For Everyone (PTWFE) Club - Reading Index

Post by W3DRM »

I don't know about others but since the Beginning Woodworking section of this forum does not have any sub-sections to post to I thought it would be nice to have a simple index for the Power Tool Woodworking for Everyone (PTWFE) Club Reading posts that are being put together on this forum.

I will place the title and a link to each of the PTWFE posts for each chapter of the book. That will make it easier for everyone to find a particular chapter much quicker than searching or wading through the many posts.

So, here goes the first few. I will add to them as they are posted and as I have the time to do so. There may be some delays as I too travel occassionally and won't be able to kept this updated in a real-time manner.

NOTE: Each listing will have two links (where applicable). The first will be to the specific post in this forum on that subject and the second will be to the Shopsmith website for that chapter in the PTWFE book itself.
