Table height crank handle bolt
I was raising my table on my 510 today and the handle fell off, The shoulder bolt broke. I was able to get the bolt out of the wheel. I went to order one and it is item 173 on the carriage assembly. It says it is not available. Anyone know the specs for the bolt? I believe it is a 5/16 diameter, 5/8...

Re: Wood Master with Shopsmith
I measured them quickly but hard to make sure they are exact. The wey tubes seem right but the bench tubes seem smaller in diameter.

Wood Master with Shopsmith
I have a Mark V 510 that I am thinking about upgrading the headstock to a Power Pro. I also have access to an old Wood Master. I am wondering if I upgrade, would my 510 headstock slide on to the wood Master frame?

Please step away from the shopsmith. If I'm understanding what you are saying, that is, you are combining using the rip fence and the miter gauge at the same time, that is a big no no no no. Ed BIG NO NO!!! It will eventually cause binding of the piece between the blade and the fence and throw it b...

I may have spoke too soon. I should have done one thing at a time. At the same time I used the PVC glue, I also started using wet sand paper mounted on a flat surface to to make the surfaces true. I also used the same procedure with thin and medium CA glue. I took the clamps off of them and they wer...

Gluing corian for Pen turning
I have quite a bit of scrap Corian and have been attempting to glue it together to make patterns based on different colors. I haven't had too much luck; the joints often fail. I was on another site recently and someone said that since it is an acrylic, maybe PVC glue will weld it together like it we...
