Trunnion locking mechanism parts list

I want to disassemble and clean the subject. At the same time I want to be sure I have all the original parts as this is a thirty year old machine and the mechanism is slipping badly so I need to know everything I have are what was designed. Where is this parts list and how can I get it?

The first link ending in 36002 takes me to a page that doesn't exist. The second link did take me to a discussion which did not reach a conclusion that seems useful.

I have the upgraded table system. I am the second owner not sure when this was installed. My problem is the table tilt locks will not hold the trunnions securely. Tightning table level

My table tilt lock will not hold the table at level especially when I need to have the rip fence a good distance from the saw blade. I have the lock tightened a much as possible but it still slips. Any suggestions to adjust fro better holing power?

Right about that thin material and I have given some thought to 3/8 inch as well. Meantime I'm going to try the reinforcement that has been suggested and see how that works. Thanks for your input.

Partition construction

I want to build a partition for a space 24 x 14 x 9. I have done a trial partition using 1/4" plywood but it is too flimsy (see attachment). The parts fit well just not stable. What am I missing as to a more stable partition?

I have recently purchased a machine with a number of sanding disc plates. My problem is that the sanding discs have been put on the plates with an adhesive which makes it practically impossible to remove the sand paper. Is this normal? The previous owner paid little attention to serviceability.Two handles were so tight I had to loosen them using a rubber mallet. I suspected the adjustment is as you suggested I just wondered how tight they should be. I'll proceed with the parallel adjustment as you suggested. Thanks for the ...
