I'll concur - at first they are strange to use - but once you get used to using them you'll find quite a few uses for them. The amount of pressure you can exert is really quite remarkable. Sorry to hear of your troubles with JT. -I purchased my system from them before their massive shake-up down there. At that point everything was stellar. (I will add that I, too, had *one* missing part, but it WAS overnighted.) I was very pleased with their customer service.

With that said, though ...
